Short Bio:
Chinwe Ekenna is with the Computer Science Department at the University at Albany, SUNY, and Director of the RACS Laboratory. Her research focuses on intelligent motion planning in robotics and proteins, exploring robotic motion adaptation, topological data analysis in robot planning, and IoT systems' vulnerabilities in robot applications. She also delves into machine learning, cybersecurity, computational geometry, and computational biology. Chinwe, an NSF-CRII awardee, has published extensively on topology in robotics, contributing to ICRA and IROS, and served on committees for major robotics conferences. She's a member of the IEEE RAS Committee on Automation and Robotics (CESAR).
